Anna Sui Dolly Girl Perfume Gift Set - Review

I’m a pretty hard to please person when it comes to fragrances. Often strong smelling perfumes will give me headaches as I’m quite sensitive to strong smelling things.

I recently bought the Anna Sui Dolly Girl “Season to Play” gift set as I had read other reviews detailing how delicate and pleasant the fragrance was. The smell is extremely delicate, sensual and uplifting. Fruity notes combine with cinnamon, green leaves and sexy amber and musk.

It is extremely subtle, and I just love the effect when I use the bath gel, follwed by the moisturiser and then a light spray of the perfume. The overall effect is just so gorgeous I could barely stop sniffing myself. It’s a pleasant, low level scent to have around yourself all day.

I think this would be a really good gift for someone who loves fruity smelling perfumes. It’s not too strong, so would be very appealing to a very broad range of people.

I also thought that this gift set was extremely good value for money. I paid just $75 USD for it from an offshore retailer. I’ve seen the perfume alone for prices approaching that level.
